Hear directly from panelists about cultural norms, religious norms, work ethics, and communication, to gain insights you can apply to better strengthening your settings. This panel will allow participants to gain insights to strengthen support within their settings.

  • Learn from a panel of community members that represent Minnesota’s largest immigrant communities throughout the state
  • Hear discussions that will center around communication best practices, work/life balance, ways to interact with different cultures and communities 
  • Understand New American experiences with employers that led to increased dedication or frustration that is key to understanding the various cultures in Minnesota
