2026 Institute & Expo: Tailored Education and CEUs for You

The 2026 Institute & Expo – Change Makers – is Feb. 11-12, 2026 in St. Paul. This is two days of nonstop education for everyone on your team, plus the largest aging services expo in the region, special events, and valuable connections with peers.

Tailored Education and CEUs

Attend the 2026 Institute & Expo for timely education and updates to help you serve your residents, collaborate with your teams, and do your best work.

In total, you can up to 10 hours in CEUs with in-person attendance, and up to 27 more by watching all virtual sessions.

We have curated over 100 education sessions to cover various settings and professions in a wide range of roles including:

Plus, this year’s conference features two conferences-within-the-conference:

The Quality Track returns by popular demand with ten sessions dedicated to helping you improve quality care and drive performance improvement. This “conference within a conference” includes five in-person sessions and five different sessions included in the virtual Institute.

New – Informational Technology Track

As technology becomes an essential driver of organizational success, IT professionals in aging services are leading efforts to modernize systems, strengthen partnerships, and safeguard data. Four in-person sessions on Feb. 11 cover both strategic insights and practical takeaways.

Save $100 – Early Bird registration before Jan. 7, 2026 saves $100 per organizational site/entity. We encourage you to register your whole team to attend, whether in-person in February, or the Virtual Institute March 3-5. One flat fee per site/entity covers registration for all staff. Pre-registering your staff allows for quick and easy check-in at the event.

Scholarships Available

Two site/entity Institute scholarships are available to provider members facing financial hardship. Institute scholarship applications are due Wednesday Jan. 7, 2026.
