2022 Leadership Academy - Apply Now

Do you have rising stars and emerging leaders in your organization? Are you one of them? We encourage you to apply for the 2022 LeadingAge Minnesota Leadership Academy – a year-long program designed to develop and cultivate the next wave of transformational leaders in our field.

“My time in the Leadership Academy gave me a lot of tools that I have found myself using in the workplace and sometimes in my personal life time and time again. When I look back on the last year, I truly feel that the Leadership Academy was the best part of my year,” said Sam M., a 2021 fellow and graduate.

Leadership Academy is a space for experienced and emerging leaders to explore and practice ideas, tools, principles, and theories that they leverage to strengthen their leadership and support their teams and organizations. The program emphasizes self-awareness and relationship-building to tap into a person's natural talents and uncover their authentic leadership style so they are fully prepared to embrace a future ripe with opportunity.

Now in its thirteenth year, Leadership Academy boasts over 350 alumni.
