2022 Nurse Leadership Certificate Program Starts May 17 - Register Today

New and emerging nurse leaders in skilled care and assisted living settings will learn foundational skills and gain resources by attending LeadingAge Minnesota’s popular Nurse Leadership Certificate Program. Built on an exceptional 30+ track record, the series prepares newer leaders to fully understand the scope and responsibilities of the role and build the skills to be successful.
Key topic areas include:
- Understanding the role of the nurse leader
- Discover and sharpen your leadership style
- Human resources management
- Budgets and reimbursement
- Clinical and Quality processes
- Managing change
- Survey preparation and management
- Leading a team
The 11-part program is scheduled over five months and is offered only once a year. It is facilitated by Kari Everson, LeadingAge Minnesota Vice President of Clinical Services and Clinical Consultant and President/Consultant, Euvoia Senior Care Consulting LLC.
Program Schedule:
May 17-18 – Session 1 in person
June 28-29 – Session 2 virtual
July 27-28 – Session 3 in person
Aug. 9-10 – Session 4 virtual
Sept. 6-8 – Session 5 in person
