ALNET Meetings Will Address Content of Service Plan and Halt Related MDH Survey Correction
Posted on August 1, 2018 by Elizabeth Sether, RN, MHA, LNHA
RSVP now to attend the ALNET meetings in August as we focus on stopping the trend we are seeing in survey citations related to Tag #870 - Contents of the Service Plan. Today more than 60 percent of the time this tag will be cited when surveyed.
Service Plans have been holding the top or second spot as the most highly cited correction order over the last couple of years. Jonathan Hill, Minnesota Department of Health Resource Assisted Living Home Care Supervisor, will address and clarify the most likely aspects of a Service Plan failure to meet the requirements.
RSVP your intent by registering online for the ALNET meeting location of your choice: Aug. 9 -Hermantown; Aug. 10 - Detroit Lakes; Aug. 13 – Saint Paul; or Aug. 14 Marshall. Download the agenda for the exact meeting location and times.
If you experience difficulties registering online, contact Ashley Rogers at 651-603-3559 or arogers@leadingagemn.org.
