Applications Open for 2020 Leadership Academy

We will commemorate the 10th Anniversary of Leadership Academy at next month’s Institute & Expo and celebrate the cumulative 300 graduates who have completed this year-long leadership development program. Are you the next fellow in Leadership Academy?  

Leadership Academy is an immersive one-year journey that explores leadership theories and principles, including authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, inspiring and motivating teams, and leading transformational change.

Fellows visit LeadingAge MN member sites to learn about a variety of service models and participate in small group conversations with experienced leaders from our field, other business sectors, and with residents and consumers. Each fellow uses the skills and tools learned during their experience to complete an action learning project that addresses a challenge or opportunity within their organization.
