Argentum Launches New Campaign to Promote PRF Payments for Assisted Living

Posted on October 28, 2021 by Libbie Chapuran

Argentum officially kicked off its latest awareness campaign directed at policymakers in the Biden Administration and Congress. The theme of this campaign is "Don’t Leave Assisted Living Behind, Again," underscoring the continued disparities in relief and support that has been made available to senior living and the need to rectify it moving forward, including with the Phase 4 PRF payments.

The campaign is multi-faceted and will include media placements, social media efforts, grassroots letters, and billboards in several target states. But among the most critical components of this is an on-the-ground presence in communities, with banners and yard signs appealing to lawmakers on the need for additional support.

We encourage you, your team members, residents, and their family members to go to Standingwithseniors.com and take action by sending a pre-written message to the White House and Congress on the need for additional support.

We also invite you to place a yard sign and a 6ft x 3ft banner outside your community. Visibility and awareness are critical to this campaign's success, which means having as many communities as possible spreading this message. If you would like a banner or yard sign, contact Libbie Chapuran, Director of Communications at LeadingAge Minnesota.

The Biden Administration is expected to disburse the next round of relief to senior living communities in the coming weeks. But first, they need to hear directly from communities on why relief is critically important. If you have questions about how to get involved, contact Libbie Chapuran at LeadingAge Minnesota.
