Bauer Design Group Celebrates 20th Anniversary

Celebrating 20 years in business is a milestone that humbles us. The road wasn’t always smooth, but the work—and the relationships—made every mile worth it. In 2005, Mike Bauer founded Bauer Design Build on a simple promise: help people with what they need and give back, no strings attached.

Two decades later, that same principle guides how we work in each phase: from pre-construction, to the build, and the way we think about how facilities will live over time in order to serve everyone that calls the building home.

As we look to the next 20 years, we’re committed to refining our craft and building spaces that strengthen our community.
