The debate on immigration can send a chilling effect across our field, as immigrants and refugees are an essential part of our workforce – today and in the future.
Catholic Eldercare, Episcopal Homes and LeadingAge Minnesota were recently featured in a BBC story that looked at the challenges we face in finding well-trained, dedicated staff for our growing aging population, and the solutions Minnesota has implemented to support career paths for immigrants and refugees.
