Become a Senior Living Works Ambassador

More than 350 senior living professionals have signed on as Senior Living Works Ambassadors! Will you be next? 

Senior Living Works, which launched at the 2018 Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference, is Argentum's solution to help recruit and retain the caring workers we need. LeadingAge Minnesota is a state affiliate of Argentum. 

As a Senior Living Works Ambassador, you'll have resources to build effective partnerships with educational institutions and access tools to raise awareness of careers in our industry. You'll also be part of a network of senior living professionals and receive information and support on key recruitment and training topics, including a monthly webinar series. The next webinar, Aug. 22, will focus on building outstanding partnerships with high schools, technical schools, and youth programs such as Job Corps.
