The Quality Specialist Certificate program is designed for nursing home and assisted living professionals who lead quality initiatives or those who want to build their expertise in this critical area. This is an interactive four-session, eight-day program that gives you practical tools to drive continuous improvement, use data effectively, prevent adverse events, build a just culture, and create meaningful resident and staff engagement. You'll also develop a strong understanding of federal and state quality programs and regulatory requirements.
