Don’t Forget: Review Your Provider Preview Report by May 30

The updated skilled nursing facility Provider Preview Reports from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) are available for review. Members have until May 30 to review their performance data prior to it being displayed on the Nursing Home Compare site in July. 

The data contained within the preview reports is based on quality data submitted by care centers between Quarter 4 2017 and Quarter 3 2018 for assessment-based quality measures, and between Quarter 1 2017 to Quarter 4 2017, for claims-based quality measures. See these instructions on how to access your preview report.

Corrections to the underlying data will not be permitted during this time; however, members can request that CMS review their data during the preview period if they believe the quality measure scores that are displayed within their preview reports are inaccurate.
