Eventide Senior Living Communities Gets a Fresh Look
Posted on April 9, 2026 by LeadingAge Minnesota
In October, 2024, Eventide Senior Living Communities and Tabitha Senior Care, a Nebraska-based senior living organization, officially joined forces through a strategic affiliation agreement, marking a significant milestone in enhancing support for seniors across the Midwest.
Last week, another important milestone occurred in that journey with a full re-brand, which includes all Tabitha Senior Care communities officially bearing the Eventide name, CEO Jon Riewer announced last month.
“While partnerships like this are often viewed through the lens of efficiency and greater use of resources, and while that is one result, this has always been about taking care of the people who live here,” said Riewer. “And we now have 2,000 employees looking after 2,000 residents across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Nebraska. It’s hard to find that kind of personal attention elsewhere, let alone that level of compassion.”
The values aren’t changing, either.
As the two non-profit, faith-based organizations came together, they built a relationship based on shared ideals: Compassion and kindness; integrity and respect; and faith, family, and a philosophy that just might surprise residents and guests: At Eventide, joy doesn’t have an age limit.
As Eventide puts it, it’s a new way to look at getting older. And as one family of senior care, Eventide is bringing that perspective to life. To thousands of lives, in fact.
