Executive Leadership Masterclass Wraps Up First Year, Applications Open for 2025

This week, the inaugural Executive Leadership Masterclass for Aging Services Professionals cohort completed their program year.

Masterclass is an exclusive experience for ambitious leaders who aspire to lead their organizations at the highest level. Applications are now open for the 2025 cohort, which runs from March to September next year.

Leadership Training and Preparation

The Executive Leadership Masterclass is specifically designed for executive leaders, newly appointed executives, and those being primed for executive succession. Designed to refine leadership skills, foster strategic thinking, cultivate valuable professional networks, and equip its participants with the aptitude and confidence required to excel, it’s a program that will set participants up for success in their leadership journey.

Program Details

This seven-month, small cohort experience includes an individual intake meeting to identify specific challenges and goals, four workshop days, and three small-group professional coaching sessions. Workshop themes include Leading High-Performance Teams, Strategic Planning and Decision Making, Leading Change and Innovation, and Organizational Culture and Visioning.
