Grow Occupancy with a Smarter Sales & Marketing Strategy

Posted on July 9, 2026 by Sharon Hollister

Today’s senior living consumer is informed, connected, and expecting more than a brochure and a tour. Successful communities need a thoughtful strategy that combines marketing, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of what families value most.

The Sales and Marketing Certificate Program helps professionals build those skills through three in-depth sessions focused specifically on senior living. Participants will learn how to develop strategic marketing plans, strengthen referral relationships, improve the prospect experience, use CRM data more effectively, and guide families through confident decision-making—all with the goal of increasing occupancy and strengthening organizational growth.

Held August 18, October 6, and November 3, this certificate program is designed for directors and managers of sales, marketing, outreach, and communications, along with executive leaders and emerging professionals who influence occupancy and community engagement. Because this program is offered only every other year, don't miss your opportunity to participate.

Register today and invest in the strategies that help your community stand out in today's competitive marketplace.
