Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a leading senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm, is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members and the promotion of another within its quality team.
Wendy Kelly has been promoted to vice president of clinical services and informatics; Jennette Pietrzak joins HDG as regional director of quality and clinical services, onboarding and offboarding; and Janna Kovach was named senior director of quality and resident experience.
“This investment in our quality team will support HDG’s continued focus on quality outcomes and services across our managed communities,” Barbara Klick, HDG executive vice president of quality said. “These three team members share our organization’s deep commitment to older adults and our values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Integrity, Respect, and Humor®. We are excited to leverage their invaluable expertise and refined skills to provide our residents with an elevated senior living experience.”
Wendy Kelly served as HDG’s director of clinical informatics for three years prior to her promotion. She has over 20 years of experience in acute, community-based, and long-term care settings. She maintains strong relationships with long-term care associations, and is highly knowledgeable in risk management, regulatory compliance with multi-state operations, and clinical informatics. In addition to her work with HDG, Kelly has served on various Mississippi Healthcare Association coalitions and committees for 24 years.
Prior to joining HDG, Kovach and Pietrzak both spent over a decade in service to seniors. Kovach served as Align Senior Care Consulting’s vice president of social work consulting, where she implemented innovative approaches to ensure residents enjoyed quality and enriched lives. Pietrzak most recently worked with New Perspective Senior Living as its senior director, quality assurance where she oversaw the organization’s clinical initiatives focused on resident care, quality improvement, and safety. She also holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, the highest academic degree for clinical nursing practice.
“Providing exceptional quality care and services for our residents is HDG’s passion, and Wendy, Jennette, and Janna, embody that enthusiasm wholeheartedly,” Erin Hilligan, HDG chief operating officer said. “We are looking forward to their leadership as HDG continues to grow with an ongoing commitment to quality and providing our residents with the best possible care and services possible.”
