Hoarding Behaviors Workshop Offered by Trellis

The “Too Many Treasures” program is an evidence-verified, 14-week support, education and counseling model designed to affirm, educate, and guide older adults who self-identify as having hoarding behaviors.
Successful Program Comes to Minnesota
Too Many Treasures was created and has been successfully used by Region One, Phoenix Area Agency on Aging. Trellis (the Area Agency on Aging for the Twin Cities) is proud to offer a two-day training that will equip professionals to bring this program to Minnesota.
- When: October 8 – 9, 2024
- Where: Trellis - 1265 Grey Fox Road, Suite 2 Arden Hills, MN 55112-6938
- Who: Professionals with experience providing counseling or support groups for older adults who would like to offer “Too Many Treasures” in their community.
Cost: $175 (includes your training, materials, and lunch/snacks both days). You can register now (with no payment due at this time). Registrants will be invoiced later to allow time to arrange payment from the registrant’s organization. Scholarships may be available. If you need overnight accommodations, a room discount is available at the Country Inn and Suites, 2740 E. Snelling Ser. Dr., Roseville, MN 55113 ($119 + tax). Reservations can be made here.
The Quality Inn at 1125 Red Fox Rd, Arden Hills, MN 55112 is slightly more budget-friendly ($97 + tax – no discount) for a basic room.
