Jennifer Martell Named Vice President of People and Culture at Health Dimensions Group®

Health Dimensions Group® (HDG®), is pleased to announce Jennifer Martell has joined the organization as vice president of people and culture.

As vice president of people and culture at HDG, Martell is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, development, and execution of talent and culture programs for HDG’s managed communities.

Martell has brought to HDG’s team of specialists more than a decade of experience in successfully leading senior living operations and human resources teams. Prior to joining HDG, Martell served as vice president of human resources and regional director of operations for a large, senior living organization in the Midwest. Her areas of expertise include leadership recruitment, employee coaching and training, policy and procedure development and implementation, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. 

Martell earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with focuses in human resources and organizational leadership from Rasmussen University. She is also an alumna of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where she studied psychology.
