Jessica Androff, PharmD, BCGP, Named President-Elect of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP)

Consonus Pharmacy is proud to announce that Jessica Androff, PharmD, BCGP, President of Pharmacy, has been named President-Elect of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP).

At Consonus, Jessica doesn’t just manage pharmacy operations; she sets the tone for a culture built on patient safety, precise execution, and a shared drive to do things better than the day before. Her work combines strategy with heart, and those who know her say that’s exactly what sets her apart.

“Every single day, we have the ability to make decisions that make a positive difference in someone’s life,” Jessica said. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see the positive outcomes, and it constantly challenges us to do even better

Jessica began her career in retail pharmacy before transitioning to long-term care, where she found her passion for serving seniors.

“My North Star has always been patient care,” she added. “This was where I felt I could make the most positive impact.”

She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy and is deeply involved in her community, serving on the board of Moms & Neighbors and on the board of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, as well as various professional advisory boards.

In her LinkedIn announcement, Androff shared:

I look forward to engaging with our membership, board members, and staff as we continue to empower pharmacists and transform aging. It is a privilege to serve, and I appreciate the support of all who encouraged me.”

In her new leadership role at ASCP, Jessica will help further the ASCP’s mission to support consultant pharmacists,  and elevate patient outcomes in senior car. Her leadership at Consonus Pharmacy, with its focus on timely delivery, personalized care, and meaningful human connection positions her to bring valuable perspective and energy to the national stage.
