Join Our Team: Director of Clinical Care & Nurse Consultant

To help our members achieve high excellence in clinical practice, survey compliance and quality outcomes, LeadingAge Minnesota is seeking a Director of Clinical Care & Nurse Consultant. 

This important role provides technical assistance in the areas of nursing, clinical practice and survey support; helps develop clinical care education programs and member resources; and works with members, state agencies and other stakeholders to advance best practices in delivery of high-quality care.

Sue Boyd who currently holds this position is leaving LeadingAge MN to move into a new role in the field. Since joining our team, Sue has been a valued collaborator and contributor who has helped grow our Assisted Living Nursing Leader Network (ALNET), provided expertise on public policy and regulatory issues, and served as a technical expert for our members in the area of clinical practice and survey compliance. We thank Sue for her contributions and wish her the very best in her new endeavor.
