LeadingAge Minnesota’s Jenna Kellerman to Join LeadingAge Team

Jenna Kellerman, LeadingAge Minnesota's Director of Workforce Solutions, has accepted a position at LeadingAge, our national partner based in Washington, DC. In her new role as Workforce Strategy and Development Director, she will apply her many talents to impact the long-term care workforce at a national level and tackle federal barriers and solutions that will benefit all states.

Over the past five years, Jenna has been a true champion of workforce solutions. Her many contributions to LeadingAge Minnesota and our Foundation include HSS, OnTrack, Basic Care Aide, Workforce Solutions Grants, Behavioral Health Training, Mental Health First Aid, DEI, Student Engagement, Workforce Data, Staff Onboarding, Public Policy and so much more.

It is hard to imagine anyone filling Jenna's shoes, but we have posted this critical position and plan to fill it with another talented professional in the coming weeks. In the meantime, we are putting systems in place to meet member needs in this critical area until the position is filled.

We thank Jenna for all she has contributed to our collective work and look forward to seeing how she will continue to support the long-term care workforce in her new role.
