New! 2021 Governance Workshop – Next Gen Governance for a Next Gen World

Posted on February 3, 2021 by Barbara Landeen

How do we maintain our not-for-profit values and missions of service, while performing and competing at levels that position us to emerge from the pandemic as strong, long-term players in the field of senior services?

Next Gen Governance for a Next Gen World is this year’s adaptation of the popular Governance Intensive normally held in conjunction with the Institute. This event (April 7 and 14, 4 – 6 p.m. each day) is designed for executives and board members as a two-part workshop to explore the importance of proactive and agile governance in navigating senior living organizations through and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. It also explores reputation management to restore consumer confidence and includes a study of top trends impaction senior living.

As part of the workshop, each organization will receive valuable diagnostic tools to help identify the most pressing issues and work together to design a roadmap for how to address governance needs for your organization’s future. The workshop is facilitated by business partner and annual sponsor firms CliftonLarsonAllen and Ziegler.
