Posted on March 9, 2023 by Julie Apold
Exciting changes will be coming to the LeadingAge Minnesota Data Portal on April 1. Members will be able to submit information beginning with first quarter 2023 data and access benchmarking data for these two new applications:
- Assisted Living Quality Measures: Key quality metrics, such as falls, falls with injury, medication errors, and hospital and ED visits. Access the Data Specifications and Data Tracking Tool to learn more about these measures.
- Financial Conditions: Financial performance for care center and assisted living members.
Access to these new applications will be assigned to primary contacts before April 1. Corporate staff and other employees can access any Data Portal Applications by contacting Cari Kronschnable.
