New Workshop for CEOs, Executive Directors, and Board Chairs August 20

Strong governance starts with a strong partnership. LeadingAge Minnesota is pleased to introduce a new workshop designed exclusively for CEOs/executive directors and board chairs of aging services organizations.

One Mission, Two Leaders: Building a Strong CEO + Board Chair Partnership explores one of the most important relationships in any nonprofit organization — and how a strong leadership partnership can strengthen governance, improve decision-making, and help organizations navigate today’s increasingly complex environment.

Participants will gain practical strategies for clarifying roles, strengthening communication, building trust, and leading together more effectively. The workshop also features a panel discussion with aging services CEOs and board chairs who will share real-world lessons learned from their own leadership partnerships.

This new workshop is presented in collaboration with Propel Nonprofits and has been customized specifically for LeadingAge Minnesota member organizations.
