Nura to Open New Clinic in Woodbury

Posted on March 27, 2025 by LeadingAge Minnesota

Nura is opening a new clinic in Woodbury to make specialized pain care more convenient for people on the east side of the river. We are excited to begin seeing new patients on April 24. Our goal is to provide exceptional, personalized care to help those living with pain find relief and improve their quality of life.

At the Woodbury clinic, we will offer:

  • New patient evaluations and follow-up care appointments
  • Seamless, coordinated care from a trusted team
  • Easier access to expert pain management closer to home

Advanced procedures will continue to be performed only at our Edina location.

The Woodbury clinic’s address is: 707 Bielenberg Dr, Suite 108, Woodbury, MN 55125 and will be open on Thursdays and Fridays from 7 am to 4:30 pm.

“Nura is committed to improving the lives of people living with the most complex chronic pain through exceptional care – that is at the heart and soul of what we do,” said Chief Medical Officer, Dr. David Schultz. “We look forward to welcoming patients to our Woodbury location and helping them find relief.”

If you have any questions regarding our new clinic and the services we will offer, please reach out to the team at 763-537-1000.

About Nura Precision Pain Management
Nura (formally MAPS Medical Pain Clinics) was founded in 1995 by David Schultz, MD, a pioneer in interventional pain management. In his work as a practicing anesthesiologist in the 1990s, Dr. Schultz realized the need to treat chronic pain patients with a more comprehensive approach and went on to establish the region’s first multidisciplinary pain management clinic, coordinating high-tech interventional procedures with in-house physical therapy and psychology services. Nura is nationally recognized as a center of excellence for implantable pain control and one of the leading research centers in the U.S. for trials and implants of neuromodulation devices. Nura’s mission is to improve the lives of people living with the most complex chronic pain through exceptional care.
