Nurse Leadership Program – Registration Open

New and emerging nurse leaders in skilled nursing care centers, assisted living, or home care settings will gain a solid understanding of the foundational elements that make up the nurse leader’s role by attending LeadingAge Minnesota’s Nurse Leadership Program.
This 10-day interactive program is strategically scheduled over five months to maximize learning and provide timely supportive consultation. Professionals who attend will enhance their skills in leadership, regulatory compliance, management, strategic planning, communications, and innovative team development.
Key topic areas include:
- Professional Role and Standards of the Executive Nurse Leader
- Regulatory Compliance and Care Topics
- Efficient and Effective Resource Management Strategies
- Financial and Care Management
- Quality and Evidence Based Practice
This program is presented by Dr. Kari Everson, RN, LNHA, LALD, Vice President of Clinical Services, LeadingAge Minnesota and President, Evercare Aging Services Consulting, St. Paul along with invited speakers.

All sessions will be in-person at the Minnesota Humanities Center, St. Paul.
