The FREE Onboarding Toolkit provides tools to turn your standard new employee orientation into an engaging onboarding experience! The toolkit provides activities, discussion guides, PowerPoint presentations with speakers’ notes, organizational assessments, and more. Every concept introduced has a direct crosswalk to the Performance Excellence in Aging Services program, although users do not need to be participating in Performance Excellence to use the Onboarding Toolkit.
