Sales & Marketing in Senior Housing Certificate Program Congratulates 34 Graduates

LeadingAge Minnesota’s Sales & Marketing in Senior Housing Certificate Program concluded on July 10 with 34 professionals receiving their Certificate of Completion. 

The three-part course focused on the personal sales process in working with older adults to choose a living community, effective marketing planning, and utilizing digital marketing and social media as a tool to increase reach to potential residents and customers.  

The group also learned about the current business environment and possible changes to the assisted living marketplace and how to effectively work with media to share stories and respond to inquiries. 

The course was designed and taught by a team of LeadingAge Minnesota members. Since its inception in 2008, more than 350 professionals have earned their certificate of completion for this course.
