Scholarships Available for 2021 Leadership Academy

The LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation has set aside additional funds this year to provide partial and full scholarships for participants in LeadingAge Minnesota’s 2021 Leadership Academy, which begins June 2. Scholarships will be awarded based on financial hardship of the organization.

“Leadership Academy has been the most impactful training of my life,” commented a recent graduate of this program. Invest in your leaders by advancing them to the 2021 Leadership Academy.

This months-long program is specifically designed to develop leadership capacity and core competencies in your team. Leadership Academy Fellows participate in virtual and in-person collaborative learning sessions, conversations with experienced leaders in our field, readings and group discussions, member site visits (when allowed), and mentorship through personal coaching teams. Since 2010, Leadership Academy has graduated over 325 leaders.
