Selling Life Engagement in Senior Living

Senior living providers may be making a mistake if they are emphasizing health care over hospitality and a person-centered focus, according to the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC). 

In a recent interview with Senior Housing News, Robert G. Kramer, founder and strategic advisor with NIC, said senior living providers are making a mistake in selling “care” over quality of life. 

To best appeal to future residents or baby boomers, providers should differentiate their services from other care settings for older adults by emphasizing quality of life through individualized, personalized aging. To read more, see Senior Living Industry Making ‘Huge Mistake’ By Selling Care.
