Smartlinx and Bektek share a mission to empower senior care facilities to optimize and sustain their workforce – reducing labor costs, improving employee engagement, and ultimately enhancing patient experience and outcomes. The combined expertise between the two companies will advance Smartlinx’s position as the market leader for senior care workforce solutions.

Workforce Management

Bektek’s “Hosted Time” platform provides scheduling, attendance, and payroll software. With this acquisition, Smartlinx will bolster its best-in-class workforce management and human capital solutions. The unified company will accelerate growth and innovation through product functionality, research and development, and strong customer support.

Bektek will continue to be led by Chief Executive Officer Zev Beckerman, and the company will remain headquartered in Hackensack, New Jersey.
