Stars Among Us Award Goes to YOU!

The LeadingAge Minnesota Awards Committee is proud to announce the 2021 Stars Among Us award winner: YOU!

Each year at Institute, during one of the two general sessions, we introduce you to the amazing people recognized with our annual Stars Among Us awards – leaders, volunteers, board members and our top honor, the caregiver of the year. We consider it a highlight of the Institute.

Considering the unprecedented year, we wondered how we could single out just a few individuals for recognition when every person in the senior services field went above and beyond. You served, you sacrificed, you all gave 110% to serve your residents and clients, often putting your own health and that of your families at risk.

We cannot single out individuals when everybody deserves to be honored for the hard work, compassion, and dedication demonstrated during this challenging year.

Thanks to all who submitted award nominations this year and the people you chose to honor for these awards.
