The University of Minnesota and Rainbow Health are partnering on a new study funded by the National Institutes of Health to improve the experiences of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) older adults in assisted living and nursing homes. This study will focus on the effects of LGBT-specific policies on the provision of care and improving care through the development and implementation of an online staff training program.
