HUD Issues FY2015 Income Limits

The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) released its FY2015 Median Family Income estimates and FY2015 Income Limits for the Section 8, Section 221(d)(3) BMIR, Section 235 and Section 236 programs. The FY2015 Income Limits were effective March 6.

HUD Seeks Comments on Proposed Section 8 Housing Rules

The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) has recently published proposed rules on streamlining management and occupancy reviews for Section 8, amending vacancy payments for Section 8, and changing some of the verification requirements for voucher programs, multifamily housing and public housing. Comments on these proposals are due in March.
