Transition to Assisted Living Notices Due Out by the End of May

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has posted flow charts to assist settings in determining what, if any, notices must be issued to current residents and clients related to the transition to assisted living licensure. Notices, if needed, must be sent by May 31.
MDH is also writing an optional letter explaining the transition to a new regulatory structure to accompany the notices. We expect the letter to be finalized this week and will share the letter with you via Advantage and at LeadingAgeMN.org.
