Vivie Names Mike Fryar Chief Revenue Officer

LeadingAge Minnesota member Vivie has announced the appointment of Mike Fryar as its new chief revenue officer. In this newly created executive role, Fryar will lead efforts to align marketing, sales and growth strategies across the organization's expanding continuum of services. VIVIE WELCOMES MIKE FRYAR AS CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER    

Vivie has named Mike Fryar as chief revenue officer, a newly created executive role focused on strengthening alignment across marketing, sales, and growth as the organization continues expanding services and supporting more people. 

Fryar joined Vivie on May 26 and brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, revenue growth, and organizational leadership across senior living, health-related consumer services, and other complex, multi-channel organizations. His background includes senior marketing and revenue leadership with a large, multi-state senior living organization, where he helped support growth strategy across a broad portfolio of communities. Throughout his career, Fryar has focused on building strong teams, creating alignment, and helping organizations grow in thoughtful, relationship-driven ways.

In his role, Fryar will support Vivie’s full continuum of care, with an initial focus on learning the organization’s operations and services, spending time in the field, and building relationships across teams and communities.

Fryar will be based in Vivie’s Minnetonka office.
