LeadingAge Minnesota members are increasingly reporting situations in which employees with pending Employment Authorization Document (EAD) renewal applications are approaching—or experiencing—gaps in employment authorization before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) completes the renewal process.
