2021 Leadership Academy Dates Announced

Leadership Academy is returning in June 2021. The acclaimed leadership development program will begin in a virtual setting with plans to resume in-person meetings as soon as it is safe to do so. Leadership Academy blends leadership theory, applied learning, and personalized coaching to groom leaders in our field. Now entering its 12^th year, the program boasts over 300 graduates.

2021 dates:

Session #1 Authentic Leadership: June 2, 3, 23, 24
(Virtual Session in two parts, 4 hours each day)

Session #2 Rethinking Thinking: July 19, 20, 21
(in person, Detroit Lakes)

Optional Virtual Day: August 12 (virtual half-day if July session cannot be in person)

Session #3 Motivating and Leading Teams: September 8, 9
(in person, metro location)

Optional Virtual Day: October 6 (virtual half-day if September session cannot be in person)

Session #4 Transformational Leadership: December 1, 2
(in person, metro location)
