Bruce Glanzer Retires Jan. 11, Mike Stordahl Named President/CEO at The Good Shepherd Community

LeadingAge Minnesota extends our deep appreciation and gratitude to Bruce Glanzer, CEO/President of The Good Shepherd Community in Sauk Rapids, for his years of dedicated service to our field and our association. Bruce has announced his retirement effective Jan. 11. Mike Stordahl, who has served as the Administrator at Clara City Care Center, has been named the new CEO/President and will join the Good Shepherd team on Jan. 2.  

Bruce has faithfully served as CEO/President for the past 19 years and initiated growth of many programs and services at the Sauk Rapids campus, as well as building and developing a second successful campus in Becker. Bruce’s love and passion for older adult services is demonstrated by the longevity of his 42+ year career.

Mike has over 10 years of experience as an Administrator. He currently serves on the LeadingAge Minnesota Board of Directors, is a member of the Association’s Finance and Payment Committee and was named one of LeadingAge Minnesota’s 50 for the Next 50 in 2017.
