Starting April 9, LeadingAge Minnesota’s new Operations Certificate Program is specifically designed for professionals in long-term care settings—including assisted living and care centers—who are looking to expand their operational knowledge and leadership abilities.

New and emerging nurse leaders in skilled nursing care centers, assisted living, or home care settings will gain a solid understanding of the foundational elements that make up the nurse leader’s role by attending LeadingAge Minnesota’s Nurse Leadership Program.
