Root Cause Analysis Made Easy with Newly Released Toolkit

Stratis Health Minnesota’s Medicare Quality Innovation Network – Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) recently notified LeadingAge Minnesota of the completion and posting of the user friendly RCA toolkit for long term care. For providers who are just getting started in Quality Improvement,  Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is a tool often used in the quality improvement process to identify underlying causes for a situation. Or it is simply a problem solving method that looks beyond an immediate or “low hanging fruit” solution.

Laura Nordaune—Your Purchasing Connection
