Colliers Securities Public Finance Team Welcomes Veteran Banker Aaron Schroeder as Senior Vice President

The public finance team of Colliers Securities is thrilled to welcome Aaron Schroeder as a Senior Vice President, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

In his role, Aaron will draw upon his investment banking and public finance expertise within the senior housing, healthcare, affordable housing, and related real estate financing sectors.  Aaron’s lengthy career spans over twenty years, during which he has participated in or led numerous financing transactions utilizing various tax-exempt and conventional capital structures exceeding $3.3 billion in aggregate principal.

Aaron is a graduate of Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. He has also served on numerous non-profit boards, currently serving as a director on the Northwestern Mutual Credit Union Board and as a director of Lighthouse Youth Center.
