Connect Conference: Summer’s One-Stop Solution for HCBS Providers; Early Bird Deadline July 22

The first annual Connect Conference, Aug. 20-21 in Brooklyn Center, brings together Senior Housing, Assisted Living, Home Care and Adult Day providers for a two-day interactive experience full of education, idea sharing and important conversations about how we will serve older adults in the decades ahead. The early bird registration deadline is July 22 – less than two weeks away.  

What’s different about the Connect Conference? Its intentional focus on the continuum of home- and community-based providers and interactive educational sessions that foster constructive dialogue across service settings.

Most of the event’s 24 sessions are designed to examine topics from multiple perspectives, so that providers learn from each other and about the full spectrum of services available – not only to consumers, but also as valuable partners and collaborators.
