Access tips on how to write a successful application in this slide deck from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). An education resource list is available to provide suggested programming, although applications are not required to use a source from this list.

Grant Detail

MDH is soliciting grant proposals from providers of adult day care, home care, and housing with services to provide educational scholarships for their employees. There is approximately $360,000 to distribute, and the estimated award range is $15,000 minimum to $100,000 maximum. Grants will run for 24 months. Award winners will be announced in May.
