DHS Postpones Annual Quality of Life Survey
On September 23, 2020 by Jeff Bostic
Recently, DHS announced that due to the ongoing public health emergency the annual in-person care center resident Quality of Life survey that was due to be conducted
this fall by Vital Research has been postponed indefinitely. One complication that creates is that some providers are using the results of that survey in the DHS quality projects (PIPP and QIIP). DHS indicates that they will reach out to those providers to figure out alternatives to using the resident survey results.
