Meet the Presenters:
Anna Mowry – Director of Workforce Solutions
Anna Mowry is the Director of Workforce Solutions at LeadingAge Minnesota, where she drives key initiatives and secures grants to boost caregiver recruitment and retention. Drawing on her strong background in HR and strategic partnerships, she leads programs like OnTrack and CaringCareersStartHere.com to support the aging services sector. Anna also collaborates closely with state agencies and educators to tackle critical workforce challenges.
Jeff Bostic – Director of Data & Financial Policy
Jeff Bostic is the Director of Data and Financial Policy at LeadingAge Minnesota, where he leads data collection and analysis to help member organizations navigate payment systems, waiver programs, and workforce trends. During legislative sessions, he supports policy development by supplying key data to advocacy efforts and guiding members on financial and compensation benchmarking.
Julie Apold – Vice President of Quality and Performance Excellence
Julie Apold is Vice President of Quality and Performance Excellence at LeadingAge Minnesota, where she leads the Quality program and develops strategies to help members improve quality and safety across care settings. With extensive experience in quality, patient safety and systems design, Julie blends policy support and human factors research to drive continuous improvement.
