New Board Officers, Members Elected at Annual Meeting

For the first time in LeadingAge Minnesota history, the Board of Directors will be led by three female leaders. Nancy Stratman, Erin Hilligan and Barbara Klick were elected as Chair, Chair-Elect and Secretary-Treasurer by unanimous support at last week’s Annual Business Meeting. 

The candidates for the Board of Directors, which also included two incumbent nominations and one new Director-at-Large, were presented as a slate to members. 

New Board Officers:

• Chair: Nancy Stratman, Senior Services Administrator, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center-Care Center
• Chair-Elect: Erin Hilligan, Vice President of Operations, Ebenezer
• Secretary Treasurer: Barbara Klick, CEO, Sholom

Board Members Elected to Second, Three Year Term:

• Angela Brown, Vice President of Human Resources, Elim Care
• Mike Stordahl, Administrator, Clara City Care Center

New Board Member - Director-at-Large:

• Mark Anderson, CEO, Three Links
