Opening Doors to Aging Services: Workforce
Our national partner, LeadingAge, has expanded Opening Doors to Aging Services, a national-state, long-term initiative that debuted in 2021 to raise awareness and improve perceptions of aging services.
The second phase of this initiative, Opening Doors to the Aging Services: Workforce, explores potential employees' perceptions of aging services jobs and how best to talk to them about careers in our sector.
