New Workforce, Demographics Data Updated in Environmental Scan

LeadingAge Minnesota has recently completed an update of our environmental scan, which tracks key trends and issues across various essential categories, including demographics, workforce, payment and consumer preferences. The scan is an excellent tool for use in strategic planning discussions with boards and other key leaders.

The recent updates reflect recent data on the workforce crisis and updated demographic information from the recently released census figures.

The scan is a PowerPoint deck that is divided into sections by topic. Each section ends with a considerations slide with key takeaways that you can use to frame a discussion on the subject matter. Because we are making it available as a PowerPoint, it is easy for members to customize a presentation by removing slides to focus on a few key topic areas. We plan to update the presentation regularly, so whenever members go to the environmental scan page, they can access the most recent data we have available.
