Only one week remains to submit your presentation proposal for the 2027 Institute & Expo!

We're seeking engaging, innovative, and practical educational sessions that support aging services professionals across Minnesota.

We welcome proposals from both first-time and experienced presenters. Review the CFP Guidelines for details about attendees, presentation tracks, topic ideas, and the submission process.

About the Institute & Expo

The Institute & Expo is Minnesota's premier aging services conference for education, networking, and connection. More than 3,000 aging services professionals from across the state attend each year, representing a wide range of care settings and professional roles.

Virtual Institute:
March 2–4, 2027

Proposal Deadline

All presentation proposals must be submitted by 11 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026.

Proposals will be reviewed by the Institute Working Group, provider member volunteers, and LeadingAge Minnesota education staff and subject matter experts. Submission status notifications will be sent via email by the end of October.
